Upon arrival, we provide all our guests with a comfortable robe and slippers to enhance their relaxation experience at The Recover Room. Each private room is equipped with towels. In addition, we provide makeup wipes for infrared sauna sessions.

Absolutely! Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, fruit-infused purified water, hydrogen water, honey sticks, and a variety of snacks to ensure you feel refreshed and rejuvenated during your visit to The Recover Room.

Yes! We have showers conveniently located for use before and after sessions.

Yes! Each treatment room at The Recover Room is private with a locking door, ensuring complete privacy during your recovery session. For those looking to recover with a friend, we have dedicated contrast therapy rooms along with infrared saunas that seat 1-3 people.

You can add a friend, family member, or partner to a session for an additional cost of $6, with the exception of Lymphatic Drainage, Dermashape, Massage, VIBE Bed, and HOCATT™ Ozone Therapy. We also offer select monthly memberships where you can add family members to your plan for $50 per month per member, provided they live in the same household.

Yes! Our recovery services make great gifts. Gift cards can be purchased in person at The Recover Room.

Guests under 18 years of age require a parent or guardian to sign a consent form.

Unfortunately, we do not offer childcare services. Our company, female-founded by Martha, who is a mother herself, loves children and fully understands the struggle of balancing parenthood with personal wellness goals. While we welcome you to bring your children with you, please note that they are not allowed inside the session rooms. To ensure that you can fully enjoy your wellness experience with us, we recommend arranging for childcare prior to your visit.
